made-up recipe, spicy kielbasa with vegetables

• 3/4 turkey kielbasa
• 2 portabella caps
• handful of green beans
• 1/2 red onion
  
• 3 carrots
• brussels sprouts
  
• 1 chipotle
• 2-3 tbsp adobo sauce

• chopped everything up into small cubes and cooked it
• ate it on rice
• was a bit too spicy for Papa (to start)
